Key Responsibilities
The BDM has responsibiltiy for all sales and development of our clients mission aftermarket business within the assigned territories.
Key deliverables:
Meet and exceed targeted revenue and profitability, measured against agreed R1 business plan, by ensuring assigned reports understand and work towards these targets and that strategies are executed and developed for the market.
Develop the sales and marketing strategy and ensure there is the necessary resources and processes in place for growth and development of our current business activities in the aftermarket sector.
Manage the supporting commercial and technical teams & negotiate contracts on behalf of the Company when required.
Support the development of client relationships through business and social interaction.
Provide HSEQ leadership ensuring personal/team compliance with legislation and Company policies.
Be fully familiar and fully conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times
Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.
The position will require international travel.
